The Terre Haute Wabash Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has a commitment to supporting education and academic excellence.

 

The Scholarship Committee is responsible for administering the chapter’s scholarship program by awarding deserving girls/women who are high seniors and collegiate student’s scholarships who desire to excel academically.

 

High school seniors residing in Vigo, Clay, Sullivan, Vermillion, Parke, Green, Putnam, and Owen counties are encouraged to apply each year beginning in early March.

 

Collegiate women students attending Indiana State University, Ivy Tech Community College, Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, or St. Mary of the Woods College are also encouraged to apply.

 

Scholarship recipients are recognized each year during our annual Pancake Party or Juneteenth Celebration.
