Chapter History

Terre Haute Wabash Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority in Terre Haute, IN, was chartered on April 28, 2024. The Charter was presented by The Midwest Regional Director Soror Brittani Blackwell, under the leadership of our 28th International President and Chair of the Board of Directors, Soror Elsie Cooke-Holmes. Soror Mary Howard applied for the Charter and the THWVAC was assigned chapter number 1070.

We continue to carry the torch of Scholarship, Sisterhood, and Service in our service areas which are the following counties: Vigo, Clay, Sullivan, Vermillion, Parke, Green, Putnam, and Owen.
